Saturday, 5/4. Cocktail reception with Will and Mere starts promptly at 4:30PM, with the wedding ceremony starts at 5:30PM.

Q: WHERE IS THE VENUE/IS THERE A SHUTTLE?

Sanctuary Farm is located at 8519 Pickards Meadow Rd. Chapel Hill, NC 27516. Yes, there will be a shuttle running between Carrboro and the venue on Saturday 5/4. The pickup location is at the Carrboro Hampton Inn located at 370 E Main St Unit 100, Carrboro, NC 27510. The shuttles will depart promptly at 4:00, 4:15 and 4:40, and 4:55PM. The shuttles will make runs back to Carrboro at the end of the night at 9:30, 9:45, 10:00, and 10:15PM. If you plan to party late with us, please plan to call a late night Uber or Lyft.

Q: ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING?

You know we adore your little ones but we also want to party with the parents. If possible, we encourage you to grab the sitter for the night so you can stay up late with us!

Q: WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting, yes! We plan to have the ceremony outside by the lake, eat and dance under our outdoor tent, and then move inside for the late night dance party.

Q: WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

The average high temperature in Chapel Hill in May is 79 degrees, so we’re hoping for a lovely, temperate day. But you never know. If it rains, we’ll move the ceremony indoors to the barn and party even harder.

Q: HOW/WHEN DO I RSVP?

You can RSVP on this very website–just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by April 1st, 2024.

Q: IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue, but carpooling/ridesharing is always welcome.
